Outcomes and Deliverables

Through London Met’s Charities and Social Enterprise Clinic, students engage in project-based work that supports voluntary and community organisations, social enterprises, and the wider VCSE sector. These projects are integrated into academic modules and vary in length and format depending on the course and brief.

Expected student activities may include:

  • Conducting needs assessments or research
  • Supporting with communications strategies or campaign planning
  • Producing digital or social media content
  • Designing or reviewing websites
  • Contributing to community engagement or development initiatives
  • Assisting with project planning or monitoring and evaluation

Typical deliverables to the organisation may include:

  • A written report or set of recommendations (Word or PDF)
  • Visual or digital media assets (e.g. social media posts, graphics, short videos)
  • Website prototypes or improvements (shared via URL or documentation)
  • Research findings or briefing papers
  • Presentations or recorded summaries (PowerPoint, PDF or video format)

All students are supervised by academic staff and projects are shaped in collaboration with organisations. Specific deliverables and timelines are agreed upon once a project is matched and scoped.

Exemples de projets

We welcome projects that allow students to apply their skills in meaningful, real-world contexts while supporting the goals of voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations.
