Phase 1 – Project Plan: Students will meet with organization representative(s) to devise the project scope and prepare a detailed plan for completion of the project.
Phase 2 – Project Execution: Students will work on deliverables outlined in the project plan. Teams will periodically communicate with organization representative(s) as needed to complete project tasks.
Phase 3 - Outcome: The final deliverables will be agreed upon in Phase 1 and will vary by project. Generally, your organization will receive a report, live presentation, or project plan.

Class participants:
Represent a variety of disciplines within supply chain including procurement, demand planning, forecasting, logistics, inventory control and operations management. They have an average of 8 years of experience in supply chain, and are highly trained and educated, with roughly 99% having completed undergraduate degree and around 50% having completed graduate studies. Recent graduates have been hired by Black and McDonald; Toronto Hydro; Canada Post; Johnson and Johnson in positions such as Senior Procurement Specialist; Audit, Risk, Compliance Consultant; Procurement Specialist and Supply Chain Analyst.
