The main goal of this project is to manage and grow three newsletters. This will involve tasks such as content creation - mostly content writing, email design, social media promotion of newsletters and posts, tracking email statistics, and working with the team.

The tasks that learners need to complete to achieve the project goal include:

- Developing content for the newsletters.

- Designing emails for the newsletters and inputting into email software.

- Creating promotional material for the newsletters for social media.

- Promoting the newsletters and posts on social media.

- Tracking email statistics and analyzing the data.

Our team will work closely with students in this role as we grow these newsletters! We will have a weekly check-in call and then continuous access via Slack if needed. Our project tasks and goals will be all managed within Notion.

This is a great chance to get in the ground floor of their development and growth.
