A European coffee Franchise with over 150 locations including a recently opened franchise in Germany is considering opening a Canadian Franchise. This project is to inform the local Canadian contact on the end to end market entry feasibility

KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES may include:

  • Market entry feasibility considering competition, positioning and current Covid lockdowns and increased labour costs etc
  • Marketing Plan
  • High level project plan
  • Projected financial statements for the initial franchise store and additional franchises
  • A projected financial statement (Franchise and store level P&L, Cash Flow Statements)
  • Store level financial statements for a standardized store (100sq ft store or other standardized measure)
  • Legal/Regulatory requirements and associated costs
  • Potential store locations
  • Go / No Go recommendation
