I've currently written a manuscript to help employees and managers deal with workplace conflict from the inside out. I'd like a student or a student team to help me with research of statistics of the NEW Workplace , and if conflict has changed, increased or decreased, and the new challenges that working remotely and the effects of CoVid have had on workplace conflict.

The research will include the following:

  • Collecting the articles and information from the internet on the topic of remote work, conflict resolution, and COVID work effects.
  • Interviews, surveys
  • Etc.
