As part of our initial assessment and strategy development, we would like assistance in evaluating the necessary legal process, barriers and risks and possible paths to address it. We would like to work with students to get a picture of what is necessary to achieve this.
- Identifying the key legal factors in various jurisdictions
- Identifying local laws and regulations restricting such
- Identifying any barriers or even perhaps paths to take to help 'circumvent' such
- Determine the best legal structure.
- Developing Contracts for various parties
- Intellectual property and trademark protection.
Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.
There will be a designated mentor with weekly meetings
