This project aims to analyze competitor data related to features and value propositions and help develop a pricing model for the Peer Circle App. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Research competitor data and features.


- Analyzing competitor value propositions.


- Creating a pricing model based on the research and analysis.


- Testing the pricing model and making adjustments as needed.


Livrables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:


- Understanding of competitor data and features.


- Understanding of competitor value propositions.


- Creation of a pricing model based on the research and analysis.


- Testing of the pricing model and making adjustments as needed.



Final deliverables should include:


- A written report explaining the research, analysis and pricing model.


- A presentation summarizing the research, analysis and pricing model.


Mentorat

You will work with me, the CEO, as I provide you mentorship on ways to look at the data. A lot of the Data has already been gathered, however, you may have to clean it up and a more details.
