Our company is looking to create an outreach process. We are hoping to find students that are excited to identify key contacts and opportunities to expand our business through speaking opportunities (associations and conferences).

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

  • Identify key contacts
  • Compile information in a spreadsheet.
  • Create a guide to help us find new clients.

Bonus steps in the process would also include:

  • Building a sales script to use


Livrables

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities (this is basically a retelling of the steps above):

  • Identifying new potential speaking opportunities.
  • Compiling relevant market information into a spreadsheet.

Bonus steps would include:

  • Building a customizable outreach script.

Final deliverables should include

  • The final project deliverable is a report including research, analysis, and recommendations. It should assist sales in successfully prospecting within our target market.
