We are working with The Pamoja Institute for Community Engagement and Action to add advanced functionality to an existing Whatsapp chatbot. You will have access to the Turn.io API which allows access to the WhatsApp Business API. It's completely aligned with the official WhatsApp Business API. Turn.io documentation provides all the information you need to know about authentication, rate limiting, our extensions, webhooks, and much more.

We believe this project will require:

  • Using the whatsapp API through to enhance the functions of the existing whatsapp chatbot
  • Connect the account to third party applications
  • Use API to enable stickers to be sent to users
  • Coding experience required

The final deliverables include:

  • Whatsapp chatbot with enhanced functionality including links to third party applications, understanding user needs
