The Alzheimer's Society is currently in formalizing processes for the organization, especially around policies and procedures. We would be interested in students perspectives and recommendations on our current state and on the future direction with regards to a DEI policy and/or strategy. Developing onboarding procedures would also be valuable.

The final deliverables would be in the form of a report and/or presentation
