We serve clients such as entrepreneurs who want to start businesses, clients who have loans, clients taking business training and shareholder communities with an interest in what we are doing to support their communities. Currently other than reviews on social media that we do not actively, formally solicit, we have no mechanism to receive feedback from these clients to determine what their experience was with us. We'd like to find a way to do that which is not time consuming or expensive that we can also report on.
