research reports go-to-market strategy marketing strategies research leadershipThis project aims to address the critical issue of limited or unsafe water access in Indigenous communities across Canada. Xatoms Inc. seeks to understand the unique challenges these communities face and develop strategies to provide effective clean water solutions. The project involves conducting comprehensive research to identify key barriers to water access, including geographical, infrastructural, and socio-economic factors. By analyzing existing data and engaging with community stakeholders, the project will provide actionable insights to inform Xatoms' community engagement and go-to-market strategy. The ultimate goal is to empower Indigenous communities with sustainable and culturally appropriate water solutions, enhancing their quality of life and well-being.
The project will deliver a detailed research report outlining the key challenges faced by Indigenous communities in accessing clean water. This report will include actionable recommendations for Xatoms' community engagement and market strategy. Additionally, a presentation summarizing the findings and proposed solutions will be prepared for Xatoms' leadership team. These deliverables will guide Xatoms in developing targeted and effective clean water initiatives.

Our mission is to eliminate global water inequality, and that includes bringing sustainable, affordable water treatment to communities that need it most.
Over 2.2 billion people worldwide still lack access to clean drinking water — including many Indigenous communities right here in Canada. We're looking for a research-driven intern to help us understand these gaps and support our efforts to partner meaningfully with indigenous communities.
