The project involves using formulas to implement the existing evaluation and scoring systems.

Learners will apply their knowledge of spreadsheets and logical reasoning to automate these calculations, ensuring that the system is easy to use and reliable.

They are encouraged to use generative AI tools, such as GPTExcel and Formulabot to identify the best formulas. The founder will provide guidance and support throughout the project.

This project offers a practical application of classroom knowledge in spreadsheet management and automation, focusing on a real-world business need.

Expected deliverables

1 - A short recorded video (on Canva, loom or phone) showing:

• the spreadsheet and the logic behind the automation process.

2 - The updated spreadsheet featuring:

• A fully functional spreadsheet that integrates the vendor evaluation scales and automates the scoring process.
• **The spreadsheet should be user-friendly, with clear instructions for use and maintenance.

Expected outcome

• We are looking to achieve full automation of 50 record at a time.
• The final deliverable should demonstrate the ability to accurately and efficiently evaluate vendors based on search criteria.
