The main goal of the project is to find clients for a staffing agency, with a focus on industries in the Greater Toronto Area that require workers in high volume during the recession. Mostly labor-intensive jobs. The project also involves creating a strategy to attract these industries to the services offered by STAFFU. www.staffu.ca

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Researching industries in the Greater Toronto Area that are in need of temporary, part-time, or full-time workers during the recession.

- Identifying key contacts within these industries and creating a list for outreach.

- Developing a strategy to attract these industries to the staffing services offered by STAFFU

By the end of the project, students should complete the following tasks:

- A comprehensive list of industries in the Greater Toronto Area that require high-volume staffing during the recession.

- A list of key contacts within these industries for outreach purposes.

- A detailed strategy to attract these industries to the staffing services offered by STAFFU

Final deliverables:

- A report detailing the research findings, key industry contacts, and the developed strategy.

- A presentation outlining the strategy and key findings for client acquisition.
