We are looking for 4 students with market research interest and skills in sales

Folium Labs is ready to take our business to the next level. Our company requires some assistance in assessing new distribution channels outside of our current territory.

We are interested in market research of distribution channels for our nutrition products (brand LIVLI) in select markets (USA and Canada) and strategies to reach those channels, digital and traditional. It is important for us to stay up to date on industry standards to ensure that we research new channels fully and completely before choosing to enter. We have some ideas of where we would like to go but we need to make sure that we consider all available options before making a decision.

Our specific need is an outline of our industry’s expansion opportunities through a distribution channel analysis and proper communications to reach those channels. This report should include an optimal channels recommendation list and communications strategies to engage those channels.

To consider:

  • Which channels align with our current one?
  • What are the pros and cons of expanding our sales?
  • What communications strategies to rich those channels - traditional and digital?
