Virtual POCT is seeking to enhance its online presence by optimizing its website for speed and search engine ranking. The current website performance is suboptimal, affecting user experience and visibility in search engine results. The goal of this project is to improve the website's loading speed and implement effective SEO strategies to increase its ranking on search engines. This will involve analyzing the current website structure, identifying areas for improvement, and applying best practices in web optimization and SEO. Learners will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge of web development and digital marketing to real-world scenarios, enhancing their skills in website performance analysis and SEO techniques. The project will focus on a few key tasks, ensuring a manageable scope for the team.

- A comprehensive report detailing the current website performance, including speed metrics and SEO analysis.


- A list of recommended optimizations and SEO strategies tailored to Virtual POCT's website.


- Implementation of selected optimizations to improve website speed and search engine ranking.


- A final presentation summarizing the improvements made and the expected impact on website performance and visibility.
