Thompson Seniors Community Resource Council Inc. aims to establish a dedicated seniors centre to better serve the aging population in the community. The primary goal of this project is to create a comprehensive business plan that will be used to apply for funding. The business plan must include a detailed revenue stream strategy to offset operational costs, ensuring financial sustainability. Additionally, the plan should account for inflationary costs and avoid reliance on any single revenue stream. This project will allow learners to apply their classroom knowledge in business planning, financial forecasting, and strategic management to a real-world scenario, providing a valuable learning experience.
