Create a working enhancement to an existing mobile app, for student mental health tracking and matching of support resources.

Goals to achieve:

  1. Validated requirements for the solution that meets the objective of solving the problem
  2. Market validated design of the application
  3. Testable working mobile application that meets the validated requirements
Livrables

Some of all of the following activities will need to be completed:


  1. Market research through interviews and surveys to collect and validate requirements
  2. Documentation of requirements using existing processes and tools of the business
  3. Presentation and approval of the requirements by the product owner
  4. Tech design, review, and approval of the solution
  5. UI/UX design, review, and market approval,
  6. Presentation and approval of UI/UX design to product owner
  7. Develop, unit test, bug fix, support UAT of solution
Mentorat
  1. Provide regular support with subject matter expertise
  2. Regular meetings to answer questions about the product, process, and technology
  3. Demos of products, tools, processes used on the project
  4. Access to resources needed to complete the work
  5. Participate in meetings with prospective users of the app
  6. Provide regular feedback on tasks completed
