In this project, we are going to look at implementing a brand new Help Desk platform for NURO.WORLD. This customer-facing tool needs to custom-coded and highly integrated into NURO.WORLD across all regions that we operate in. Certain live KPIs will also need to be seen by any user of the site to promote the level of customer service NURO offers to its clientele.

Livrables

The student in charge of the project will need to have a thorough understanding of front-end and back-end web architecture and design and be able to work based on the custom requirements established for this project, namely design of custom web forms, webhooks / JSON integrations, optimized web programming, proper UX/UI integration with the current site architecture and live feed of KPIs unto NURO.WORLD's support section for all regions of the World.

Mentorat

The senior management of NURO will be available to the student to complete this project as per our requirements.
