The goal of this project is to create a Notion Team Space for the company. This board will be fully interactive, creating a space for employees to track, manage, discuss, document and find information, contacts, client and project details and more.

Boards will need to be fully integrated and interactive, including atleast the following:

• Main Dashboard
• Mission, Vision, Values
• Company Goals
• Employee Directory
• Brand Assets
• Project Management
• Prospective Customers

The hired student(s) will need to design, create and implement the Notion Team Space for use with the Impact Learning team.

The team space will:

• Research notion and other similar CRM/PM platforms and determine the best way to leverage the software
• Include the previously mentioned pages, and any other pages the student(s) deem necessary
• Populated information where appropriate
• A live zoom call training session with the Impact Learning team
• Ensure all security measures are in place to guarantee the safety of this content

The final deliverables include:

• The delivery of a ready-to-use notion board with the above described pages
• Up to a 1 hour training call for the Impact Learning team on how to use the notion board

Students will connect directly with the CEO of Impact Learning for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

• Our past/current projects (examples, templates, etc.)
• Timeline, expectations and project management
• Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter
