Our company develops energy and environmental programs and services. We are currently looking for assistance in expanding our renewable energy solutions for a particular market segment.

This project will include research about, but not limited to:

• Market analysis on the current landscape for the specified target market, including determining market-specific needs.
• Competitor analysis
• Business case development

• Research to add details to our list of known suppliers, and expand upon our existing list
• Contacting market leaders to understand their specific equipment needs
• Contacting different manufacturers to gather product specs and help determine the right equipment for projects as outlined in our project plan
• Assist in the development of our business case, including customer pricing.
• Help turn research into actionable insights

Deliverables:

• Presentation of the findings, highlighting any findings of particular interest
• Documentation of findings, which may be delivered as a document and/or a spreadsheet (will be determined together as we work through the project specifics)
