From the beginning, the team was collaborative, responsive, and open to new ideas. They provided clear direction while also trusting us to take initiative and bring new perspectives to the table. Kat was an effective supporter of this project. Prompt and accurate communication. Everything ran smoothly under her planning. I never had a hitch with scheduling or meetings. Any questions or concerns I had, she was happy to help with.

Although the experience was good, our project was more of a consulting project rather than a marketing project. Additionally, there was little communication about late start dates, so, although I was under the impression that the project was going to start May 11, 2025, it did not start until a month later. Because of that, it was hard to prioritize the project when I had other commitments arise due to the late start.
