I had the privilege of working with Aaron on a project where he was tasked with building the entire back-end infrastructure—including setting up the database—from the ground up. This was not a typical intern assignment. It required initiative, deep problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently on complex systems with real-world impact. Aaron not only rose to the challenge—he thrived. He approached the task with clarity, commitment, and technical competence that exceeded expectations for someone at his level. What stood out most was his ability to turn ambiguity into structure, and ideas into implementation.
