Managed yearly operational project budgets. Material selection through bidding process. Projects scheduled on a quarterly basis.

• Led the multi-year project to install additional compression in gas plants. I modeled the gathering systems using piper software and predicted the production change based on the plant inlet pressure change forecast by the performance curves I created for the compressors using industry leading software from Ariel.
• Created the company standard for yearly asset review process with Accumap, Power Point, Petra, Verdazo and Valnav, which required input from all levels of all departments. Organizing, scheduling, and leading the asset review, then compiling the collected data and providing the go forward plan for the year as agreed upon by all stakeholders.
• Led monthly operations meeting, generating a report with annotated charts of each well in question, with important information points shown in the timeframe, as well as an activity checklist to track action items from each meeting. I communicated daily with the field operations staff to evaluate progress and performance of all assets, and adjusted the plan accordingly.
• Applied data analysis techniques and industry software Valnav, Accumap, Verdazo analyzing productivity and producing a field wide development plan based on the analysis.
• Wrote and delivered a case study presenting findings to Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) which led to the Board recognizing a new economic assessment model to potentially be utilized for future cost savings.
• Developed two original projects and presented innovative ideas to Scientific Research and Experimental Development for approval.
• Developed the correct operational procedure to safely complete repair projects and developed the company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Performed a detailed analysis of projects using all available information and created a report with recommendations.
