The reports varied in quality. The good reports thought critically about the task, and the bad ones took a Marketing 101 approach. We provided the groups with access to the app to get the full experience and it was clear that they didn't use it as a research tool. All the groups stuck strictly to the outline provided, but I don't think it is necessarily a one-size-fits-all format. Our biggest recommendation is that the students use an app like Grammarly to proofread their papers and get the company name right in their reports.
